CRUSA | 2026 Outside Groove Racing Show

2/19/2026
CRUSA | 2026 Outside Groove Racing Show

(Eastaboga, AL – February 19, 2026) — When racers, promoters, and fans from across the region converge on Knoxville later this week, Crate Racin' USA will be right in the middle of the action, bringing both family-friendly fun and motorsports culture to the Outside Groove Racing Show at Chilhowee Park.

Set for February 20–21, the Outside Groove Racing Show has quickly become one of the premier offseason gathering spots for the racing community, combining an interactive trade show floor with educational seminars and workshops aimed at growing the sport at every level.

Crate Racin’ USA will once again lean into what makes grassroots racing special — family. Fans are encouraged to stop by the Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin’ USA booth on Friday or Saturday, where kids can pick up a FREE coloring sheet featuring 2025 Touring Champion Jeremy Steele. Once the creativity starts flowing, young race fans can return their completed coloring sheets by 2:30 p.m. Saturday, with the winner announced at 3:00 p.m.

The reward for all that hard work and imagination? One lucky youngster will roll out of Chilhowee Park with a brand-new bicycle, turning a weekend at the races into a lasting memory.

While the kids are coloring, adults will have no shortage of opportunities to learn, network, and share ideas. Saturday’s schedule features a strong lineup of karting seminars and promoters' workshops, designed to benefit racers and track operators alike.

Among the highlights on Saturday, February 21:

Karting Seminar (1:00–4:00 p.m.)
What Kart Racers Need to Know About Tech — led by AKRA inspectors Tater Petty and Jerry Worsham, offering valuable insight into rules, inspections, and staying competitive.

Promoters Workshops presented by MyRacePass, in association with Kelcar Motorsports Media and Tazewell Speedway:

Thinking Outside the Box with Entertainment at Tracks (10:00–10:45 a.m.)

Are You Prepared for an Emergency? (11:00–11:45 a.m.)

Roundtable Discussion: How to Improve the Fan Experience (12:00–1:30 p.m.)

What Promoters Need to Know About PA Systems (2:00–2:45 p.m.)

These sessions bring together experienced promoters, media professionals, safety experts, and announcers, all focused on strengthening motorsports from the front gate to the flag stand.

With trade show hours running Friday from 4–8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the weekend offers something for everyone — whether you’re a promoter planning for 2026, a racer looking to sharpen your program, or a parent introducing your kids to the racing lifestyle.

From crayons and coloring sheets to seminars and roundtables, Crate Racin’ USA is proud to be part of a weekend that celebrates both the heart and the future of grassroots racing.
